Moorhouse Farm and Campsite is a family and dog-friendly site with camping and touring facilities, plus a selection of glamping accommodation. Nestled on the eastern edge of the Quantock Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this site is perfectly located for short breaks and holidays. There are pitches for motorhomes, caravans and tents, with and without electricity, plus a separate paddock for families with tents. Special rates are available for those arriving on foot or by bike. The 2 wigwam pods sleep 3 or 4 and provide lighting, heating, microwave and kettle. Dolly the vintage caravan has a double bed, sofa bed, wood burning stove and basic kitchenette.
The site has a heated shower block including disabled facilities. There is also Wifi access, a launderette and a children’s play area. Holford has a pub, within 15 minutes’ walk, and the picturesque Kilve village, which is less than 2 miles away, has a pebbled beach, inn, post office, stores and tea rooms.
