The little village of Easington in North Yorkshire sits on the northern edge of the North York Moors National Park, some three miles from the coast. There has been a village here since at least early Saxon times. The Church of All Saints Easington is a Victorian gothic structure well worth a visit. The village of Easington itself has a pleasant pub, The Tiger, and the area has plenty to offer walkers and nature-lovers! The Cleveland Way runs close by, and the village of Boulby, just a quick hike to the north of Easington, has the highest cliffs in England, at 679 feet above sea level.
