The Royal Town of Sutton Coldfield is a town approximately 7 miles north of Birmingham city centre with excellent transport links, many attractions, great shopping opportunities and tranquil green spaces. There are distinct shopping environments; Red Rose Centre, The Mall and New Hall Walk, with a broad range of High Street names located on The Parade. There is something for everyone! The Restaurant Quarter has a cosmopolitan mix of independent and chain eateries, offering everything from Spanish and Italian to Greek and Bangladeshi. There are currently over 22 bars, clubs and pubs in the town centre. Sutton Park, one of the largest urban parks in England, is a national nature reserve as well as a site of special scientific interest. The park has open heathland, woodlands, seven lakes, wetlands, marshes and even cattle and wild ponies that graze on the land. Activities in the park include sailing, canoeing, fishing, golf, cycling and horse riding. There are a number of excellent golf course in the area if you fancy a round!
