Aberdovey is a seaside village on the north side of the Dyfi Estuary. There are lots of attractions around the village including Talyllyn Railway, less than 10 minutes away. This narrow-gauge steam railway runs for just over seven miles through the beautiful and unchanging Fathew valley. The market town, and ancient capital, Machynlleth, is 11 miles away.
