Millwheel Cottage is a privately-owned beautiful self-catering cottage on the well-resourced Colmer Estate near the picturesque town of Ivybridge. Part of a former mill house, with the stone walls and old wheel still visible, the cottage has been refurbished to offer a comfortable holiday home. As a guest in the cottage you also have access to the many facilities on the estate.

Inside, there is an open plan living area with sofa, TV, DVD, Wifi, dining table and fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher. There is a master bedroom with king size bed and a second bedroom with bunk beds. The cottage has a private garden and car parking. There are communal laundry facilities available.

Guests are welcome to explore the 28 acres of grounds within the estate with woodland walks, meadows and lakes. There is also an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a gym, games room, tennis courts and a fishing lake. The estate is close to some stunning sandy beaches, quaint Devonshire villages and Dartmoor National Park.
