The Falstaff Hotel

The Falstaff Hotel has offered warm and welcoming hospitality in Canterbury for over 600 years. A traditional coaching inn, this hotel is steeped in history. Located a few steps away from the Westgate Towers, the hotel is within easy walking distance of Canterbury city centre and the world-famous cathedral. There is a small private car park and a public car park opposite.

Our guest rooms are located in the main building or across the courtyard in the beautifully refurbished Tap House or Old Woodmill. All have en suite facilities, TV, Wifi, telephone and refreshment tray. Choose from doubles, traditional rooms with either double or twin beds and Superior Rooms and Suites located in the oldest part of the building.

A delicious full English breakfast is included, with afternoon tea available for pre booked events. Delicious thin crust pizzas are available Thursday to Monday evenings. Guests can also relax in the lounge and cocktail bar. As well as delicious cocktails, we have a wide selection of spirits, focusing on gin, whisky and tequila, alongside an exceptional wine and beer selection. We even offer cocktail masterclasses!
