The Lugger Inn

The Lugger Inn is a 200-year-old pub in the Dorset village of Chickerell. Just 3 miles outside of Weymouth, with guest rooms, a restaurant and plenty of on-site parking, it provides an ideal place to stay for travellers visiting the area. Conferences, wedding receptions and other special occasions can also be accommodated.

There are rooms available for all requirements, from sole travellers to families; including indulgent rooms with spa baths, twin rooms and those with improved accessibility for guests with disabilities. All are welcoming, well-appointed and have en suite facilities, a TV and beverage tray. A full English breakfast is included to ensure a good start to the day.

The restaurant offers a variety of classic pub food and grills. There is a children’s menu available, plus options for vegetarian and gluten-free diets. Guests are also welcome to enjoy a drink from the well-stocked bar, sit out in the beer garden or have a game on the skittle alley. There is also excellent live entertainment every Friday and Saturday night.
