Mallingdown Oast

Mallingdown Oast is a former oast house converted to offer a charming self-catering holiday home for up to 4 people. Located in the picturesque village of Piltdown on the edge of the Ashdown Forest, it is perfectly placed to enjoy sightseeing, walking, cycling and wildlife-watching. With a Visit England 4-Star rating, guests are assured of a comfortable stay.

The living room is situated in a gallery area overlooking the dining area, with a beautiful beamed ceiling giving it a light and airy feel. The room is equipped with leather sofas and a TV. Downstairs, there is the dining area and fully-equipped kitchen. The double and twin bedrooms are located in the former towers giving them an unusual circular appearance. Wifi is available throughout the cottage.

Outside there is a lovely garden where you can sit out and enjoy the views across the Sussex Weald or enjoy al fresco dining. There is ample car parking and secure bicycle storage. Pets are also welcome at Mallingdown Oast. The local village offers a golf course and pub.
