Guest bedrooms are stylishly decorated and well-appointed, with a choice of single, double and family rooms. Some have sea views. All except the 2 single rooms have their own en suite facilities and each is equipped with a TV / DVD player, free Wifi, a hairdryer and beverage tray. A delicious breakfast is served in the morning from an extensive menu including a full cooked English, smoked haddock, poached eggs and a buffet selection.

Guests are welcome to relax in the beautiful terrace garden at the rear of the house and there is free on-road parking at the front. Rutland enjoys a prime position on the seafront opposite Marina Gardens on the A259 coastal road. Regular local buses take you to Hastings and the other local towns.
