Nicholls

Nicholls is an attractive self-contained guest room on the edge of Udimore village near Rye. Situated in the gardens of the main house, this attractive holiday home offers a private and peaceful location, with views across the English Channel. Catering for 2 guests with its own kitchenette, a breakfast pack is included to help you start your day.

Inside, there are twin beds that can be pushed tighter to form a king size bed, as well as a sofa, Freesat TV, free Wifi and beverage tray; a shower room and a small kitchenette with microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave and gas ring. You will have everything you need to prepare yourself a hearty breakfast and fresh warm croissants are delivered in the morning.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the garden and views. There is car parking and we also welcome cyclists and walkers. The High Weald AONB offers some wonderful walks and cycling and there are many attractions and amenities in Rye. Winchelsea and Camber Sands are popular local beaches.
