The Lodge At Winchelsea

The Lodge at Winchelsea is a welcoming hotel and restaurant located close to the East Sussex coast, with comfortable guest rooms, great food and a welcoming bar and restaurant. The Lodge is only a mile-and-a-half from pebbled Winchester Beach. The hotel has been awarded a Visit England 4-Star rating and a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence.

The 28 rooms are light, airy and well-appointed, with en suite facilities, complimentary toiletries, free Wifi, a TV, hairdryer and beverage tray. There are single, double, twin, triple and family rooms with ground floor rooms for guests with mobility difficulties. A delicious Full English or Continental breakfast is served in the morning.

Our bar and restaurant offers an excellent range of drinks and classic British dishes produced using the best local ingredients. A vegetarian menu is also available. There is on-site car parking and secure storage for bicycles. Guests can enjoy open mic nights in the bar on the last Friday of every month either as a spectator or performer!
