Caburn Cottages

Caburn Cottages comprise 8 self-catering cottages lovingly converted from former stable buildings in Glynde near Lewes. Nestled at the foot of Mount Caburn, surrounded by well-maintained gardens and grassy chalk hills, this accommodation provides a very attractive setting. Each cottage is a single storey ground floor property, ideal for guests with mobility difficulties and small children.

The cottages are well-appointed and comfortable, with an open plan living area, Freesat TV, Wifi, seating, dining table / chairs and a well-equipped kitchen, family bathroom and 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms. Our smaller cottages can accommodate 2 people in either a twin or double bedroom and our largest can accommodate 6 in a double, a twin and a room with bunk beds.

There is plenty of car parking and a shared laundry room. The famous Glyndebourne Opera House is only 2 miles from the cottages, with plenty of independent shops, eateries, pubs and attractions in Lewes. On the doorstep of the South Downs National Park, the area is a paradise for lovers of the outdoors. Brighton and Eastbourne are also within easy reach.
