Welcome to Bryn-Clai offering bed and breakfast accommodation and a self-catering flat nestled within 7 acres of gardens. Located between the villages of Ringmer and Barcombe Mills on the edge of the South Downs National Park, our B & B is Visit England 4-Star Silver rated and has a Breakfast Award.

There are 2 family rooms, a twin room and a double bedroom, all with en suite facilities or a private bathroom, TV, free Wifi, mini fridge, hospitality tray and views across the gardens towards undulating hills. Our largest room can sleep up to 4 and has its own balcony. A delicious breakfast is served in the morning to help you start your day.

Our self-catering flat is a self-contained first floor apartment for 2 people, with a double bedroom, lounge / dining room, conservatory and fully-equipped kitchen. All guests are welcome to relax in our extensive gardens and there is plenty of on-site parking. Owner Daphne will ensure you have everything you need throughout your stay.
