The Blacksmiths Arms

Welcome to The Blacksmiths Arms in the South Downs village of Offham near Lewes. This former 18th century blacksmiths was converted into an inn c.100 years ago and today you can enjoy local ales in a well-stocked bar, home-cooked food and comfortable 4-Star rated B & B rooms.

There are 4 bedrooms available; 3 with king size beds and a 4-poster room. All have en suite facilities, a television and hospitality tray for making hot drinks. In the morning, choose from a full cooked English breakfast or lighter bites such as smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, with options available for vegetarian or other special diets.

Our restaurant is also open for lunches and dinners, with all dishes made from fresh, local produce. There are always meat, fish and vegetarian options available, with daily specials on the board. There is a full wine list and we serve a range of cask ales. The Blacksmiths Arms has ample car parking and we welcome hikers and bikers.
