Guest and the City

Guest and the City is a stylish bed and breakfast located near the seafront in the popular resort of Brighton. Offering boutique-style guest rooms in the trendy area of Kempton, we are situated close to the beach, pier and the independent shops in The Lanes. Owners David and Eric will ensure you receive a warm welcome on your arrival.

All our rooms are individually decorated, with vibrant colours and chic designs. Each is equipped with a Freeview TV, free Wifi, iPod dock and hospitality tray. Catering for all requirements, there is a small budget double room, standard en suite double and our stunning luxury double with stained glass window and private balcony. Our 2 Loft Connected Guest Rooms in the attic have a double bed in each and a shared wet room. They can only be exclusively booked, so are ideal for families or friends.

Breakfast is served in our breakfast room decorated in a retro style. We offer a traditional English breakfast, continental-style and there are options for special diets. Using locally sourced and ethically produced ingredients, our guests will have a great start to the day. Whatever brings you to Brighton, you are guaranteed an enjoyable stay at Guest and the City!
