Hamptons Brighton offers affordable guest rooms in a family-run guest house in New Steine near Brighton’s seafront in centrally-located Kemptown. This attractive Victorian-era townhouse has been furnished with contemporary decor and has a modern and relaxed feel. We welcome groups, couples, friends, business guests and contractors alike.

There are single, twin, double and family rooms for up to 4 adults. All are non-smoking. Some have sea views and en suite facilities. All are equipped with Freeview TV, free Wifi and refreshment tray. We can also offer special rates for groups, hen parties or even exclusive bookings for groups of up to 26 people!

There are many cafes and bistros nearby which serve excellent breakfasts and food throughout the day. Hamptons has no dedicated parking facilities, but there are some pay and display bays in New Steine and several public car parks nearby. There is also currently free parking at Brighton Marina a mile away.
