Wellwood Lodge

Wellwood Lodge is a large Victorian house accommodating up to 14 guests in the spa town of Buxton, providing a great base for a holiday in Derbyshire. The Lodge is 10 minutes from the town centre where there are shops, eateries, pubs and attractions, including Pavilion Gardens, the Opera House and town museum. The convenient A6 and A515 roads take you to attractions such as Bakewell, Ashbourne, Chatsworth and Haddon Hall.

The lounge is a spacious room in which to relax, where guests can watch TV, listen to music on the iPod docking speaker or warm toes next to the coal-effect gas fire. There is a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, bread maker, Neff Range Cooker and more, as well as a separate dining room and Victorian-style conservatory. There are 6 bedrooms, including a room with a 4-poster bed and en suite facilities.

The cellar has been converted into a games room to entertain all ages and there is an enclosed garden area with picnic tables outside. There is also parking for 4 cars in the garage and on the driveway with additional parking along the roadside if required. Children and dogs are welcome at Wellwood Lodge.
