Axe Edge Green Farm offers 3 family and dog-friendly holiday cottages in a secluded setting near Flash; the highest village in Great Britain. Situated 1500 metres above sea level with stunning views across the Peak District and Staffordshire Roaches, these cottages are full of character with exposed stone walls, beamed ceilings and they contain everything you need for a self-catering holiday.

Axe Edge Cottage is a romantic hideaway for 2 with a cast iron spiral staircase leading to the double bedroom in the mezzanine. The View offers another bolt hole for couples, with a panoramic window in the living area and a cosy double bedroom. Finally, The Hayloft is a first floor apartment for 3 people with a double and single bedroom.

There is ample car parking on-site and you can meet our resident farm animals including our cute Tamworth Pigs. Flash has a friendly pub and Buxton is only 5 miles away with its many shops, eateries, pubs, Opera House, Museum and Poole’s Cavern attraction. There are many walks and cycleways around the area so don’t forget your walking boots!
