Church Dale Farm offers 3 elegant stone cottages in a peaceful rural farm setting near Ashford in the Water. In the heart of the Peak District, each cottage has been rated with a marvellous Visit England 5-Star Gold Rating, ROSE Award and Gold Rating for Green Tourism.

The cottages offer a charming mix of original architectural features with contemporary amenities. Wye Cottage is a romantic home for 2 with carved king size bed in the beautiful beamed attic. Dove Cottage is the former milking parlour with exposed stone and wooden beams, sleeping 3 in a double and a single bedroom. Derwent Cottage has a living area upstairs and double en suite bedroom and twin room downstairs.

All cottages have Wifi connection, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and have a lawned garden area outside. There is car parking, an EV charging point and secure bicycle storage. Just a quarter of a mile from the traffic-free Monsal Trail, we are ideal for walkers, cyclists and horse riders. Bakewell, Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall are within easy travelling distance for interesting days out.
