Garden Farm Bed and Breakfast, also with a self-catering cottage, offers an attractive location surrounded by the Manifold Valley. Situated 5 miles outside of Ashbourne and near the Tissington Trail, we welcome many sightseeing travellers, walkers and cyclists looking for excellent accommodation and facilities.

Our bed and breakfast rooms are located in a 19th century farmhouse which was once part of Ilam Hall. Choose from double, twin-sized or a family room for 3; all with en suite facilities or private bathrooms, Wifi, TV, beverage tray and views across the countryside. There is a guest lounge, cycle storage and car parking. A delicious breakfast is included and we can also provide a light supper if required.

Our self-catering cottage was the former farm worker’s residence, now converted to offer Visit England 4-Star rated facilities. Accommodating 4 guests with a cosy lounge, fully equipped kitchen/diner, a double and twin bedroom, with their own bathrooms and a private patio area, it is perfect for holidays.
