The Waverley Guest House

The Waverley Guest House in Southend-on-Sea has sea and estuary views and is just a stone’s throw from the sandy beach and Southchurch Park, plus only a 5-minute walk from the Southend Marine Activities Centre and a short taxi ride from Southend Central train station. Free parking is available.

Each of our rooms is attractively decorated, with a choice of single, twin, double or family-sized available. There are rooms with sea views or a balcony. Some have en suite facilities and others share a bathroom. All have Freeview TV, Wifi and a beverage tray.
