A warm welcome awaits guests at Pond House at Earls Hall Farm, nestled in a beautiful rural setting near the charming Essex village of St Osyth. Whether you are looking for a well-appointed self-catering cottage or Caravan Club approved touring site, we can offer both on our family-run working farm. We also have on-site fishing.

Our AA 4-Star rated self-catering holiday cottage is an annexe of the Victorian farmhouse sleeping up to 4 guests. The lounge features sofas, armchairs, Freeview TV, Wifi, dining table and there are French doors to the patio. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and washing machine. The bedrooms are a double and a twin, both with en suite facilities.

Outside, there is a garden area and large car park. Dogs are welcome too. Guests can enjoy many footpaths and trails around the farm, as well as cycling and plenty of opportunities to observe the local wildlife. There are also lots of amenities and activities for all ages and interests in both St Osyth and Clacton.
