Eastern Slade Barn

Eastern Slade Barn offers 5-Star rated self-catering accommodation on a working farm near Oxwich on the Gower Peninsula Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Travelling south down towards Slade Bay, our land becomes part of the Wales Coastal Path, ideal for walking and sightseeing.

This 19th century former barn has been lovingly converted into a luxurious bunkhouse for up to 13 guests. The lounge features leather sofas, a log burning stove and TV. There is also a kitchen with a long dining table; 3 shower rooms including one adapted for guests with disabilities and 4 comfortable bedrooms, including a quad room, room with bunk beds, twin room and one with disabled access.

Outside there is a barbeque and plenty of seating for al fresco dining. There is also car parking and secure storage for bikes and equipment. The whole barn can be exclusively booked for group holidays, Duke of Edinburgh Expeditions or family reunions. The beach at Slade Bay is only a 10-minute walk, where you can go surfing, swimming or just sunbathe and build sandcastles. There are shops and places to eat and drink in Oxwich and Horton.
