The Proven House is a self-catering holiday home on a small family farm in the Ribble Valley near Longridge. A converted stone building full of charm and character, surrounded by open fields and countryside, the cottage has been awarded a 4-Star Gold rating from Visit England and a Mobility Level 2 Award making it perfect for the elderly or guests with disabilities.
Accommodating 2 guests on ground floor level, there is a comfortable lounge with a sofa, window seat, TV, DVD player and log-effect gas fire. The fully equipped kitchen includes a range stove, washer/dryer and there is a door leading out to the patio for al fresco dining. The bedroom has electric beds that can be arranged as a double or 2 single beds as required and there is an en suite wet room.
The property has a large garden where you can enjoy the stunning scenery. There is ample car parking and the cottage is perfect for those seeking walking and cycling trails in the Forest of Bowland AONB or for accessing the shops and galleries in Preston. Friendly owners Kathleen and Lisa will be on hand to give you a warm welcome on arrival.
