Samlesbury Hall

Welcome to Samlesbury Hall, a magnificent medieval Manor House offering holiday accommodation in its extensive grounds. There is a self-catering lodge and glamping huts available, plus plenty of on-site facilities that the whole family can enjoy. Situated between Blackburn and Preston, we are ideally located for exploring the beautiful surrounding area.

The Gatehouse is a luxurious self-contained lodge renovated from an original 14th century building. Offering a romantic place to stay for couples, there is a double bedroom with a beautiful slipper bath and double shower in the bathroom. Guests enjoy complimentary access to the Hall. There are also our collection of Shepherd’s Huts that can sleep 4 people, with 2 double beds, heating, lighting, en suite shower room and fire pit outside.

Breakfasts are served every morning in the Hall Restaurant which is also open for delicious lunches and afternoon tea. There is also Dottie’s Wafflery where you can try great-tasting waffles, desserts or milkshakes. As well as the hall, there is also a gift shop, farm, adventure trail and playground. Samlesbury is a popular venue for weddings, special events and even ghosthunters!
