The New White Lion

The New White Lion in Llandovery is an attractive and welcoming Georgian guest house awarded Grade II listed building status. It has been sensitively restored to provide a luxurious place to stay near the Brecon Beacons and Cambrian Mountains, offering boutique-style guest rooms with excellent hospitality from owner Sherell.

There are 6 guest bedrooms; all individual and immaculately presented, with beautiful decor inspired by Welsh folklore. Each room has en suite facilities and is equipped with either twin or king size beds, a television and beverage tray for making refreshments. There is a cosy guest lounge with sofas and piano.

Guests enjoy a gourmet breakfast in the morning to help start the day. We also offer afternoon tea, served in the lounge or dining room, with a choice of freshly made scones, Bara Brith or cakes, and tea or champagne. We happily cater for vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free diets at the New White Lion.
