Just a mile from the beach, with the South Downs a short drive away, it provides a wonderful location to explore the attractions of West Sussex. There is car parking and the house is on the main bus route to the town centre and Brighton.

The property has charming exposed wooden beams and original inglenook fireplace, coupled with modern comforts including Wifi. Sleeping up to 10 guests, there is a living area with sofas around the open fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, 3 double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. Outside, there is a large garden to the front and rear of the house, ideal for families or groups.

Guests will find cafes, restaurants and pubs a short walk away in the village of Rustington and you can also find award-winning beaches, sailing opportunities and much more in the thriving port of Littlehampton. There are many scenic walks along the coast and on the South Downs for people who enjoy the outdoors.
