Twyford Farm Bed and Breakfast is an 18th century farmhouse offering an idyllic location in the stunning Ashdown Forest. Surrounded by 80 acres of scenic countryside, with a woodland and lake, we are perfect for people looking for a quiet and relaxing stay in West Sussex.

Choose from our 3 luxurious guest rooms, all equipped with en suite facilities, a sofa, TV and refreshments. Our spacious Horncastle Room has triple aspect windows making it light and airy, with a zip link bed that can be set up as a super king size bed or twin bed. The Balcombe Room has beautiful views, beamed ceilings and a king size bed, whereas our Grinstead Room can be set up as a twin or double and has views across the lake. Owner Liz will serve a home cooked breakfast in the morning to help you start the day.

Guest can also enjoy the drawing room, library and outdoor terrace area. There is a drying room for muddy boots and wet clothes, fishing lakes and plenty of walks in and around the area. You can also meet our resident flock of Charollais sheep!
