Viewpoint Holiday Cottages

Viewpoint Holiday Cottages are 2 refurbished self-catering cottages located in a former coach house near the village of St Briavels. Situated on the fringes of the Forest of Dean in the Wye Valley, they are surrounded by wonderful scenery and numerous opportunities for activities in the outdoors. Awarded a 3-Star rating, guests will find all the facilities needed for a comfortable holiday stay.

The Dovecote Cottage can sleep up to 9 guests and has areas that used to be part of a 14th century water mill. Spanning 3 floors, the main living areas are located on the top floor to make the most of the views. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an enclosed garden outside. The Coachman’s Cottage can sleep 5 guests in a triple and double bedroom. It is comfortably furnished, with a cosy log burning fire and south-facing garden outside. Both cottages line the sides of a central courtyard and can be booked together for groups of 12. Each has Wifi, a fully-equipped kitchen, Freeview TV and car parking.

St Briavels has a pub, inn, an art gallery, a church and a castle dating from 1130. A monthly farmers' market is held in the village on the first Saturday morning of every month, where you can buy locally produced breads, cakes, cider, real ale, fish and speciality meats.
