Noxon Pond Cottage

Noxon Pond Cottage is located in the heart of the beautiful Forest of Dean on the banks of a large fishing pond on the grounds of a former farm. This is a paradise for anglers, walkers or anyone seeking tranquillity, with the nearest village at Bream nearly 5 miles away.

Decorated to a high standard with self-catering facilities for 4 to 6 guests, the cottage has a large open plan living area with original stone walls and beamed ceilings retained from its 17th century origins. There is a sofa bed, Wifi, TV, DVD player, dining area and a fully-equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher and washing machine. Patio doors lead to the garden. There is a family bathroom, double bedroom and room with bunk beds.

This cottage is also eco-friendly with heating derived from air sourced underfloor heating, good insulation and renovated from reclaimed building materials. The garden area has steps leading down to the pond. Fishing permits can be purchased by guests at a reduced rate and boating is permitted at quiet times.
