Ideally situated just yards from Reeth village green in a quiet location yet close to all amenities, The Arkleside provides 3 star Silver awarded accommodation and offers stunning views of the Arkle Beck as it meanders down to meet the river Swale.

Most of our rooms have views of the surrounding stunning countryside and all come equipped with Tea & Coffee making facilities, Towels, Hairdryer, TV, Central Heating and WIFI. Ground floor rooms are available. After a restful sleep, a traditional freshly cooked breakfast awaits you, we are proud to have had our breakfast earn us the Visit Britian Breakfast Award for the past four years. We use fresh local produce combined with good cooking and a generous portion making a perfect and hearty breakfast to set you up for a day of exploring the breathtaking Swaledale.

We offer an excellent base for touring the Dales and visiting the historic town of Richmond, along with the market towns of Leyburn, Hawes and Barnard Castle. Reeth is a popular centre for walkers and cyclists being set mid way along the popular Coast to Coast walk, as well as the Herriot and Inn way. From its elevated position the spacious triangular village green provides stunning views of the surrounding countryside.
