The Thames Head Inn

Thames Head Inn is a friendly English country pub offering fine food, drink and comfortable guest rooms on the edge of the Cotswolds. Located near the source of the River Thames, 5 miles outside of Cirencester, the inn provides an ideal stopover for leisure and business guests visiting the area.

There are 4 rooms available, situated in the sensitively refurbished stables at the rear of the inn. All offer en suite facilities, TV, refreshment tray and are decorated to a high standard. Dogs are welcome by agreement and guests are served a full English breakfast in the morning. There is ample car parking and we are only a few minutes away from Kemble Railway Station.

Our bar area offers a cosy place to sit and enjoy a pint of local ale or a bar meal from our traditional pub menu. There is also a restaurant with a variety of classic British dishes. All our food is freshly cooked using the best of local ingredients and the kitchen can also cater for special events.
