Steeple View Bed & Breakfast and Retreat

Steeple View Bed and Breakfast and Retreat is an attractive Victorian-era home offering a welcoming stay in the coastal town of Newport. Built as a mariner’s cottage in 1889, with estuary views and on the doorstep of the shops, restaurants and pubs in the town, Steeple View is a perfect choice for a short break or holiday.

There are 2 recently-refurbished guest bedrooms offering a fresh and vibrant ambience. The Garden Room can be set up with twin beds or a king size and has an en suite shower room and garden views. The Front Room looks across to the church and is a king size bedroom with en suite shower. There is also a Quiet Room if you want to do some reading or catch up on some work.

A hearty Welsh breakfast will be freshly cooked for you in the morning, made from local and organic ingredients. Packed lunches or our own homemade soup can be provided and we cater for special diets. There is a garage for 1 car with plenty of free on-road parking outside. We are happy to provide advice about the area using our extensive local knowledge and even offer guided tours off the beaten track.
