Farneview Cottage

Welcome to Farneview Cottage, a traditional Northumberland stone cottage located in the small hamlet of Detchant. Offering self-catering holiday accommodation with stunning views across to the Farne Islands in one direction and the Kyloe Hills in the other, this holiday home is also close to St Cuthbert’s Way for walkers.

Sleeping up to 7 guests, you will find a comfortable lounge with leather 3-piece suite, open fire, Freeview TV and DVD player. The fully-equipped kitchen has a dining table plus a washer/dryer. There is also a ground floor single bedroom. Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with double bed and a family room with 2 single beds and a set of bunk beds. There is also a family bathroom.

Outside the cottage is an enclosed garden with sea views. The historic town of Belford is a mile-and-a-half away where you can find shops, pubs, places to eat and a golf course. There are also beautiful sandy beaches along the coast and you can walk to Lindisfarne at low tide.
