Rose Cottage

Rose Cottage is an end-of-terrace stone cottage on the non-working Lamacraft Farm in the South Hams region of Devon, in between Salcombe and Dartmouth. There is off road parking for two vehicles. The cottage is a perfect choice for walkers, just one mile by footpath from North Hallsands, where there is direct access to the South West Coast Path. Family-friendly, a well-behaved dog is also welcome.

The cottage sleeps up to four guests and is immaculately presented and very comfortable. The kitchen / diner is on the ground floor, made very cosy by a woodburning stove. The bedrooms, shower room and separate WC are on the first floor. The rear access door enters at first floor level from the gated courtyard garden area which has table and chairs and a bench, a barbecue area and sea views over Start Bay.

Located within the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, all of the beaches within a mile-and-a-half radius of Rose Cottage are dog-friendly all year round, along with many of the local restaurants and pubs. This property is next to Wisteria Cottage and Jasmine Cottage. These cottages can be booked separately or together for larger groups and family holidays.
