Kailzie Gardens

Kailzie Gardens offers an idyllic setting surrounded by colourful grounds in the Tweed Valley near Peebles. With comfortable self-catering accommodation, on-site café, private fishing on the Tweed and opportunities for osprey watching, this is an ideal choice for a holiday in the Borders. There is a self-catering cottage and bunkhouse available, so we can cater for families or group holidays.

Our cottage is a converted 18th century stables in the middle of the gardens on a cobbled courtyard. Offering a quiet place to stay for 6 guests, the cottage retains its original fireplaces and sash windows, with a range of modern comforts added, including central heating. There is a cosy lounge, well-equipped kitchen, utility room, large double bedroom downstairs and 2 twin rooms upstairs.

For larger groups, The Bunkhouse can sleep up to 24 guests in dormitory-style accommodation. There are 3 en suite rooms with 2 pairs of bunk beds, 2 large rooms with single beds and bunks, plus a shower room each. You will also find a common room with sofas, wood burning stove, TV and DVD player; a communal kitchen and a drying room, as well as outdoor seating, barbeque and secure storage for bikes and equipment.
