Morebattle is a pretty village in the Scottish Borders, on the B6401 road, just 7 miles south of Kelso and beside Kale Water, which is a tributary of the River Teviot where salmon, trout and grayling are fished. The St. Cuthbert's Way long distance footpath passes through the village.
