Edenwater House

For a luxurious stay in the Scottish Borders countryside, Edenwater House offers bed and breakfast accommodation with a self-catering apartment. This accommodation is found 2 miles north of Kelso, with beautiful gardens overlooking Eden Water. Edenwater is recommended in many guides including ‘The Michelin Guide’ and ‘Scotland, The Best’.

There are 3 spacious guest rooms, all with their own style and character. The Church Room has an en suite shower room and king size bed, with views across the garden. The Cheviot Room has a king size bed, chaise longue, en suite bathroom and separate shower. West Room has twin beds, Edwardian decor and en suite bathroom. There is a licensed guest lounge with open fire, our Wine Cellar room with its large TV and extensive gardens to explore. A delicious Scottish breakfast is included.

Sun Room is our serviced apartment suite for 2 guests, which can be hired on a self-catering or bed and breakfast basis. The apartment has a cosy lounge with a sofa bed and French doors leading to the private patio; as well as a fully-equipped kitchen, double bedroom and shower room. There is plenty of parking for all guests, with secure storage for bicycles and equipment.
