Welcome to Bellevue Guest House, a Victorian villa located in a quiet area of Kelso. Offering comfortable guest rooms, tasty homecooked food and excellent hospitality from owners Graham and Hilary, guests are assured of an enjoyable visit. Bellevue has been awarded a Visit Scotland 3-Star rating.

Each of our rooms offer their own unique charm and are named after Borders clans. There are double, king size, twin and family rooms, all equipped with en suite facilities, complimentary toiletries, Wifi, a digital TV, hairdryer and well-equipped beverage tray with a selection of hot drinks and locally-produced biscuits.

Breakfast choices include a continental, full Scottish or smoked salmon, using Fairtrade and locally-produced ingredients wherever possible. Packed lunches and 2-course evening meals can also be arranged, with options for vegetarians, gluten-free and dairy-free diets. We can also provide a laundry service, shoe cleaning service, ample car parking and secure storage for bicycles and motorcycles.
