Lily Hill Farm is a large Georgian farmhouse offering bed and breakfast on the edge of the North Pennines and Yorkshire Dales. Surrounded by glorious countryside, it is a quiet and peaceful location. Both our guest rooms are furnished to a high standard, with careful attention to detail. We have a twin room and a double room which can accommodate extra beds for families. Each room has en suite facilities, beverage tray, hairdryer and TV. You can also relax in our guest lounge or enjoy our beautiful mature gardens. An award-winning delicious breakfast is included and freshly prepared for you in the morning to help you start your day.

We are located close to the A66 trans-Pennine route in Brignall and only 5 miles from the market town of Barnard Castle. We are ideal for people visiting the area for a holiday or just passing through on business.
