Coldingham Loch Fly Fishery and Holiday Cottages present 6 superb self-catering holiday homes located alongside the loch and grounds of one of Scotland’s oldest fisheries in Coldingham, Berwickshire. Surrounded by picturesque country and with dramatic coastline nearby, we are ideal for anglers, walkers, birdwatchers and any outdoors enthusiast.

The cottages vary from traditional stone cottages to modern timber-built lodges, all equipped with modern kitchens, double glazing and with car parking outside. The properties sleep from 2 up to 6 guests and dogs are permitted in some. Coldingham Loch is a natural spring fed 22-acre loch set in approximately 60 acres of land and the holiday cottages are scattered around the site.

Coldingham has a friendly High Street with a cafe/shop/information point/post office near the entrance to the priory. Near St Abbs, Coldingham Sands is a sheltered sandy beach at the mouth of the Buskin Burn where you will find rockpools for crabbing and many walking paths around the surrounding coastline.
