Froach House is a welcoming 4-Star bed and breakfast in an attractive Victorian property close to the city centre of Edinburgh. With the charm of period features mixed with the contemporary furnishings and décor, we provide an elegant and comfortable place to stay, with free on-road car parking.

There are single, double, twin, premier rooms and a disabled-friendly room available. All are decorated to a high standard offering a home-from-home place to sleep, with stylish en suite facilities or private bathrooms, a digital TV, DVD player, Wifi, hairdryer and hospitality tray. We can supply cots or additional beds for accompanying children.

As well as a continental buffet, guests can choose from a tasty traditional Scottish cooked breakfast, vegetarian breakfast, porridge or smoked salmon in the morning.
