The Guard’s Hotel

Welcome to The Guard’s Hotel, a small 11-room hotel in a 19th century listed building, offering great value accommodation in the popular Haymarket area of Edinburgh. The hotel has a Scots Guards military theme throughout, including a bar which serves food and has function rooms.

Single, double, twin, triple and bedrooms with improved access are available. All have en suite facilities or private bathrooms, free Wifi, TV, hairdryer and a beverage tray. For a special occasion, our Windsor Castle Suite has a 4 poster bed, small fridge, sofa bed, fireplace and en suite bathroom with roll top bath and multiple headed shower.

The Guard’s is a short 2-minute walk to Haymarket Railway Station and only a few minutes from the shuttle bus to Edinburgh Airport. There are plenty of choices if you want to eat out locally and the city centre is just 3 tram stops away or about a 20-minute walk.
