Lower Cobberton

Lower Cobberton is a 300-year-old farmhouse offering bed and breakfast or room-only accommodation, also with self-catering and glamping, in a rural setting outside Totnes. With plenty of grounds featuring attractive gardens, open fields and a stream, we provide the perfect setting for a wonderful holiday break.

Our farmhouse has single, twin, double and family rooms with en suite facilities, a TV, microwave, hairdryer and beverage tray. We have room-only rates or B & B rates if you would like a full cooked breakfast in the morning. We cater for special diets with prior notice. There is also our self-catering annex that can sleep 2 or 4 guests with a large bedroom, sitting room, kitchenette and en suite shower room.

For more of a back-to-nature experience, choose our Mongolian Yurt. Sleeping 2 adults plus 2 children, it has a double bed, electricity, washing facilities, seating area, barbeque area outside, with showering facilities in the main house. Guests can opt to have one of our farmhouse breakfasts if you would like. There is on site car parking and everyone can enjoy a cream tea on arrival. Dogs are welcome.
