Partridge Arms Farm

Partridge Arms Farm is a former coaching inn offering bed and breakfast facilities and a self-catering railway carriage in a small hamlet called Yeo Mill near South Molton. A friendly-family owned property situated on the old railway line and 2 Moors Way, we welcome many walkers, cyclists and holidaymakers. The Old Bar is open to residents if you fancy a drink during the day.

The guest rooms are located in the Old Inn with a choice of single, double, twin and a 4-poster room. Some have en suite facilities and we can also provide additional beds for accompanying children. You can relax in our guest lounge which is in the Old Bar, complete with inglenook fireplace and artefacts from the past. A delicious breakfast will be served in the morning and we can also provide evening meals by arrangement.

Our quirky Old Railway Carriage sleeps up to 6 guests for self-catering and dogs are welcome to stay in the carriage too. Partridge Arms is close to Exmoor National Park, with the market town of South Molton just 9 miles away, offering a variety of eateries, shops and leisure facilities.
