Ocean Reach Holiday Homes

Ocean Reach Holiday Homes is a brand new holiday hamlet offering self-catering accommodation on the National Trust’s Bolberry Down, a clifftop area on the coast of Devon. The headland of Bolt Tail lies to the west and Bolt Head and the town of Salcombe to the east. It is one of the longest coastal areas owned by the National Trust and lies within the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Our 3 properties have stunning sea and countryside views. We have a cosy first floor apartment for 2 with private balcony, a ground floor apartment for 2 with enclosed garden and a 2-bedroomed house for 4 guests with a private patio and lawn. Each property is equipped with underfloor heating, Freeview TV, DVD player, Wifi, fully equipped kitchens with dishwashers and a welcome pack to help you settle in. Dogs are permitted.

The on-site Ocean Reach Bar and Restaurant has been newly-built, with contemporary furnishings, glass frontage to enjoy the sea views and serves a range of excellent food and drink. The SW Coast Path runs past providing amazingly scenic walks and Salcombe is just 4 miles away where you can visit the beach.
