Little Mead

Little Mead is an attractive riverside cottage offering self-catering accommodation for up to 6 guests in the Exmoor village of Brendon. Located in an idyllic setting, surrounded by a wooded valley and the relaxing sound of flowing water from the East Lyn River, it is the perfect place to enjoy plenty of rest and relaxation. Small dogs are welcome.

Inside, there is a cosy sitting room with wood burning stove in the decorative fireplace, Sky TV and Wifi. A second lounge also has a large TV with Sky channels, DVD player and a dining table. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, plus laundry facilities in the utility room, as well as 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Outside there is a lawned garden with the river at the end, and parking for 3 cars. You can enjoy many walks and cycleways straight from the cottage into the moors or you can fish along the river all the way down to Lynmouth. There is also golfing, horse riding and plenty of sandy beaches and secluded coves to explore along the coast.
