The Heatherville

The Heatherville is a beautiful Victorian-era villa nestled in a quiet and secluded setting in Lynmouth, overlooking the River Lyn. This small hotel has comfortable guest rooms, a lounge with a well-stocked bar and ample car parking. The village, beach, harbour and cliff railway are only a 4-minute walk away. Owners Kay and Richard have been awarded an AA 5-Star rating and TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence.

There are 6 guest rooms, all decorated to a high standard with beautiful fittings and furnishings. There are double, twin and super king rooms available, with many offering scenic countryside views. All bedrooms are equipped with en suite facilities, a TV, DVD player, Wifi, hairdryer, radio alarm clock and hospitality tray for making hot drinks. There is also a licensed guest lounge with a selection of books, DVDs, maps and tourist guidebooks.

Providing a superb start to the day, choose from an extensive breakfast menu including a full cooked English breakfast, smoked salmon and scrambled egg, kippers, haddock, mushrooms or poached / scrambled eggs on granary toast. We use local and organic ingredients wherever possible and can arrange evening meals during the off-peak season. We look forward to seeing you soon!
