Down Farm

Down Farm offers welcoming bed and breakfast accommodation and a self-catering holiday cottage for 12 guests, in the beautiful South Hams area of Devon. Located between Start Point and Salcombe, with stunning views across Lannacombe Bay, the famous South West Coast Path runs around our property.

Our bed and breakfast rooms are situated in our 600-year-old farmhouse. All offer en suite facilities, free Wifi and a beverage tray. There are double, twin and family rooms available, plus a guest lounge where you can relax in front of a wood burning stove. Our farmhouse breakfast uses the best of locally-produced ingredients, eggs from our own hens and we serve home-made preserves.

The self-catering cottage is set in a valley, just a mile from Lannacombe beach. It has a comfortable lounge with sofas, chairs and a television. The kitchen includes a dishwasher and there are laundry facilities in the utility room. You will also find a dining room. Sleeping up to 12 people, there are 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The secluded cottage garden has patio furniture and a barbecue. There is also ample car parking.
