Smallicombe Farm offers the perfect setting for a peaceful and relaxing holiday break near the Devonshire town of Honiton. Surrounded by 70 acres of open countryside and ancient woodland, we offer both bed and breakfast and self-catering accommodation. With a 4-Star Gold rating and Breakfast Award from Visit England, guests are assured of an enjoyable stay.

Our bed and breakfast accommodation is located in the main farmhouse and comprises 3 exceptional guest suites. There is the accessible Shippon Ground Floor suite for 2 guests, with a private lounge, en suite bathroom, as well as a wet room and library area in the mezzanine. The luxurious Shippon Upper Room has a king-sized bedroom and our Farmhouse Family Suite has 2 adjoining rooms sleeping up to 4. There is a comfortable guest lounge and an award-winning country breakfast is served in the morning.

There are 4 self-catering holiday cottages at Smallicombe Farm; all beautifully refurbished from former stone barns. All have central heating, Wifi and fully fitted kitchens. The Hay Loft is a luxurious penthouse apartment for 2 on the first floor of the barn; Inglenook is on the ground floor and can sleep 2 plus a child; Granary Cottage has level access and is perfectly suited for a family of 4. Cider Barrel is our newly-renovated cottage with 3 bedrooms which can sleep up to 6. All guests can arrange to have a breakfast platter delivered to the door in the morning.
